Newly purchased Ultra 2 can't connect to HomeKit

Brand new Arlo Ultra 2 & base-station cannot connect to / discover HomeKit, out of the box.
How the issue manifests:
After setting-up both Arlo Ultra 2 cameras & Hub (VMB5000r6) via the Arlo app on my iPhone, I went to setup the HomeKit integration via the Hub's settings. However, I perpetually see the 'Discovering your device. Please wait.' screen instead.
I’ve tried to add to HomeKit directly via “Add accessory” with the HomeKit code but the app returns that my device can’t be added…
From other posts, I believe this issue is common at least in other Arlo versions like the Pro 2 and it’s just a matter of remotely sending a new token by the support team.
Can anyone please assist?
