I have not had this problem in the past. I recharged the batteries in my cameras and after I reinstalled the batteries the cameras would not connect. I have read every troubleshooting article and followed the directions (no VPN, 2.4 GHz network, etc) with no success. I have rebooted everything and the doorbell and solar powered cameras are connected but none of the battery powered ones. They blink amber when I reset them. Any ideas?

I had same issue with 8 out of my 9 ultra2 cameras.
factoryreset on the cameras , reseat battery in cameras and remove/readd cameras in the app.
note I had to do this upwards of 5 times, but eventually it connected the cameras, prompted me for firmware upgrade and seem to work.
