arlo smart shows only 7 days of resordings

Hi,

I am an arlo smart subscriber

the library is supposed to hold 30 days of resordings (that's what i pay for)

yet it now shows only 7 days of recordings

what to do?

Don't know why that is but you can try removing them from in the sub in the "manage camera" setting and re add them in the settings. Also you can change the plan to the new arlo secure for the same price to see if that makes a difference but don't think it would .  You can do that in the sub setting also.

Have you checked to make sure the cam or cams are active in the subscription in the subscription setting where you can manage the cameras active in the sub.
