Subscription page telling me to contact security company when I purchased from Amazon?

Hi I just purchased 4 cams and hub off Amazon, I'm trying to subscribe to a plan and it keeps telling me from the subscription page to contact my security company for a plan? I'm confused and very frustrated 😞 I've been trying to get these up and running for 2 hours.

Doesn't sound right to me....

Subscription area is in settings of app/web access
