Hi,
after adding my SmartHub (VMB4540-100EUS) to homekit, I see it added in the Arlo App but not in homekit. An hour later it dissapeared from the Arlo app homekit section too and I cannot add it back.

i just realised though that pairing my camera doorbell 2nd gen to homekit through the smarthub is not supported (yet) :(. So i can‘t use it the way I was planning to

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
