Setting up new subscription thinks I am in UK when I am in USA. How to switch region?

My trial arlo smart subscription is coming to an end , I am trying to setup the subscription , but the website is expecting a UK billing address for credit card details.  The country is not modifiable on the billing page so cant do anything else. 

 

How do you  switch regions ?

I think the only way would be to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. As I understand it, the system determines where the system resides during setup which sets the region.
