Exchanged Pro 2 for Pro 3 and have Arlo free trial till mid-June. Got refunded from auto renew.

I returned my arlo pro 2 cams a week after purchase and removed from account. I was then charged auto renew for the plan at the end of trial. Not even on account??
I exchanged for pro 3's and they are on 3 month till mid June. Contacted support and guess i was lucky only waited 5 min and she was very helpful. said it could be refunded but would be retroactive. She said she would try to get a full refund but not holding breath. Dont get that for cams not even on account but i did and thankfully like some it did not not wipe out my pro 3 trial. at least for now. now i see the frustration with subscriptions But hope at least i dont loose the trial i'm on.
