Not the reason why I cancelled subscription like last month. Shouldn't get charged.

This appears to be a common problem, whereas someone should not have been charged. This is not a priority for Arlo, or it simply would not happen continually. This is not the reason why I cancelled my subscription again today, like last month. So fix that.
My batteries died and are nonchargeable. Yep, my fault because life got busy and the outdoor cams went uncharged for that season of life. IoT is battery hungry and maintenance is high. My use case has changed, but definitely interested in something to integrate into light switches or some other technology matching my battery-less future travel. With all of the DIY available down to the board it just doesn't make sense to wait for it. I will have a solution before it's available.
