Obviously not cameras, but 1 of my chimes is recognized as being in place but will not ring. It is actually my 11th device - 7 cameras, 1 doorbell, 3 chimes.. I was thinking my 10 camera limit might actually be a 10 device limit.

Only cameras. Look at the number of connected devices in your subscription - should only be the number of cameras.
