Really confused. Currently subscribed to Arlo Smart + CVR.
What does this actually provide? I have tried to view live video, and cannot, is this not included?
It is not showing anything for '30 day continuous recording to the cloud', only that I should 'upgrade'.

You should certainly be able to view live video. What cameras and base station do you have?
As far as CVR goes, the wireless cameras need to be powered in order to get continuous recording. You also need to explicitly enable CVR for your camera(s) as part of your subscription. https://kb.arlo.com/1018425/What-is-continuous-video-recording-CVR-and-how-do-I-get-it
