Canadian Customer Can't Pay for Subscription

So I've been trying to pay for a subscription and when I go to the billing it only shows United States when inputting my credit card information.  Why can't I change this?  Please help!

Did you create your account in the US?

Perhaps I did and there was no choice to change countries. I can’t recall.

If you did that, then the best thing to do is remove your cameras and any other Arlo gadgets from your account, delete the account, and then create a new one.

If the account was created using a VPN or in the US, that is why you're experiencing this behavior. The solution is as StephenB suggests, open a new account while in CA and be sure no VPN is active when creating the account.

Is there any way to remove my account completely and start from scratch?

 

Reason: I have only one email address and want to keep it that way.  Please let me know.
