Arlo - What a Joke!!!

1) had the smart premier 10 camera plan.
2) bought additional cameras
3) logged into my account
4) received popup message asking me to activate the 11th camera for 1.49 a month.
5) I knew I only had a 10 camera plan. Decided to add the camera.
6) Did so and everything other than the new camera disappeared and my plan was gone.
7) called Arlo and got nowhere!!
😎 they forced me to buy into new plan with only 5 cameras then 1.49 each additional camera
9) No refund offered for annual plan I have already paid for
10) no choice but to buy new plan as two properties are protected with my Arlos
11) Your biggest supporter is done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
