Arlo Smart Premier will I need to cancel my current subscription to get the free 1 year with Ult

I currently have a Pro 2 system with an Arlo Smart Premier subscription.  I just ordered a 2 camera Ultra package.  It is my understanding that the Ultra packages include a free year of Arlo Smart Premier service.  Will I be able to use that since I already have a subscription or will I need to cancel my current subscrition?

My understanding is that if you want to use your existing account you must cancel any subscriptions to get the free one year Ultra package. Otherwise you would need to create a new account for the Ultra system.
