Moreover, I see that subscription for upgrading on your country is not yet available.

Change my country to United States so i can change the plan ?
So i just bought 4 more cameras that are going to be useless?
It was available on the selected countries on the link that i have provided. Hence, we don't have an option to change the country on our end. By the way, may i know where are device right now?
As I mentioned earlier, we can't change it since the device was located on Ecuador and we don't have an option on our end.
What happen if you run my credit card and try ?
It will not proceed either for charges and upgrading.
