I have been having an issue the last couple of months with my Arlo cameras ( Pro5 and Ultra) not recognizing animal activity as "animal" but recognizing them as either "motion" or "person". Up until recently all animal activity was recorded as "animal". Arlo can't seem to figure this issue out. We have done all the trouble shooting with tech support and they unfortunately have no clue.
We have dogs who are furry, less than 3 feet tall, no more than 35 pounds that look nothing like a person. We also have coyotes that come onto our property and they don't look like people either. The opossum and raccoons also look nothing like people. The cameras are either recognizing all animals as people or recognizing them as motion, but never as animals.
