Activity zones not working even with Smart subscription. Getting only generic "motion" alert.

My Arlo Pro 2 cameras suddenly started saying their activity zones were not working because they weren’t connected to AC power. They’ve never done this before. I can’t get anything but a generic “motion” alert and no rich notifications are coming through. I checked to ensure the cameras had smart notifications enabled, and they had been booted out for some reason. I put them back in for smart notifications and set my activity zones back up, but I’m still only getting generic motion notifications regardless what my settings say. Is this a known issue? This is extremely frustrating and not worth the subscription cost if it doesn’t work like it used to!
