I have 3 arlo ligh, one of them I installed in the living room, how do i just deatcivate this one

Just like the cameras, create a custom mode with only the two wanted cameras in it

Tom's right. A mode without a rule for a camera or light means that device is disarmed. Or isn't that what you're after?

You need two modes - one with rules for all lights (Armed or custom) and one without a rule that one light. Read the FAQs here on creating nd modifying modes and rules. You can then use the schedule or geofencing to automate the process.
