The lights won’t connect to bridge. And when it did. It unconnected. But yet at least it went on. Now it won’t go on.

And the solar thing stopped charging the camera.

My security light used to be listed in app. And go on when someone was under it. But I tried to reconnect so I could turn it on via app. Now it won’t connect and it won’t go on. Can I at least get it to go on???

I had chatted with someone. But couldn’t get ack yet I have. Case number. The robot couldn’t understand case number. You’d think they’d make that phrase a trigger. So I couldn’t get back to the guy who’s was helping me. So now what. What he told me to do didn’t work. And now it won’t let me chat. Wtf?

If it's not connecting nothing is going to work. Is the battery charged? What happens if you bring the light closer to the bridge?
