Arlo Security Light Not working

When I insert the battery into the security light it blinks ones liek it is supposed too. But it does not connect. It actually continues to blink every 10 seconds for a couple of minutes but never connects.

I tried removing the light and was able to reconnect with it through the setup but once the setup is done, it goes back to that blinking every 10 seconds and never connects and eventually stops blinking. IF you leave the battery inserted it may blink again a few hours later for a couple of minutes but never connects.

I tried removing it again and reconnecting, but now the setup process does not find the light anymore evne though it is blinking blue. It blinks blue for a while and then sometimes the bright blinking comes back on after a 10 seconds like I just reinserted the battery.

I tried contacting tech support but I guess you got to pay so I am trying my luck here.

You are  trying to connect the security light to the bridge ?

Have you try to reset the bridge ?

I have two other lights on that light bridge that work fine. But I will try it.
