having a problem granting access to my Arlo lights. When I go to the second account the lights are there but it says the lights are offline. But they are not offline cuz when I go back to my other account they are online. Any solutions

Hi Johnny290,

 

Have you tried un-checking the device and then re-checking again to see if that helped? Make sure to save after you un-checked your device.
