Has anyone else had trouble with the security light not being activated with a full battery.  I noticed that the sponge on the inside of the battery compartment that i am guessing is suppose to help add a compressed fit for the battery, over time peeled out and the battery fits loosely and now batteries won't activate my camera.. 2 of my 3 lights  are not working .. i am tried different ways of replacing the sponge to make the battery sit securely to hope make my light work... I wanted to buy more lights for my property but if i keep losing lights that are only months old I don't want to spend the money for more...

Hi @adreve,

If you're experiencing something coming off from the battery compartment, I would suggest contact our support team so they can look into this further for you. You can contact our team here: Arlo Support.
