help...……..cameras working great but the bridge will not connect and remains violet always...so we can't find lights on phone …………… what to do

Hey paulaizzi,
If you're getting a solid violet LED on your Arlo Bridge, it means the Arlo Bridge is booting up. Usually it can take about a minute to boot up and it should change to blinking amber LED.
If it still stays solid violet for more than a minute, try to do a factory reset, which you can read here: How do I perform a factory reset on my Arlo Bridge?
