Hello All,
I've recently purchased a brand new Arlo light Bridge with 3 smart lights through marketplace but to my avail and countless hours I have not been able to connect.
I researched multiple posts here and followed all the steps from factory resetting, VPN, and changing wifi bands.
Nothing works and am at a loss.
I can provide SN and all information if needed.

What is the error messaging received when trying to install the devices?
Did the previous owner remove the devices from their Account first?

Arlo lights and bridge were sealed and we're not tied to an account prior to purchase.
I noticed that the light bridge would turn off after trying to pair with my wifi ( set at 2.4 channel ) resulting in an error where it could not connect. Basically a long the lines of " Trouble connecting to with WiFi. Try again "
I tried on Android and iOS and still no luck. While other devices connected and are functioning properly. Not sure if I have a faulty equipment.
I can provide S/N and codes if it can assist in the process.

Thanks, can you try that factory reset method a few times to see if we can get the device to connect.

Hello,
I have the same issue. Lightbridge is not onboarding for some reason. It always worked.
So I try to onboard it … App is saying “Connecting to xxxx” … but it stays stuck there and does not go further.
I also tried to factory reset by holding the button for 40s. Still the same results …
Anything that worked for you?
