"The request timed out" during download on web portal

I am getting a "The request timed out" error banner on the top of the Web Portal whenever I try to download a video. It pops up almost instantly which leads me to believe it didn't actually wait for a timeout. The video also doesn't download. This is preventing me from saving some video clips that I need for my insurance company.

I am using the latest version of Chrome on the latest macOS (Sequoia 15.6.1). Not sure if it matters but the video is from a Pro 5 camera with the latest firmware (1.060.35.0_26_fe51ebd),

Can you download them on your phone?  You then be able to get them to your Mac.

Don't delay the download - once the retention limit is reached, the videos will be deleted (and cannot be recovered).
