I have not been able to access my account for full 5 weeks! I have the UN and PW, the problem is that Arlo insists on sending a code via email which NEVER arrives.....  WTH? I need an IMMEDIATE solution to this issue before I lose all of my data since I'm switching from Apple to Arlo direct pay and where the data gets deleted within 48 hours.

I see that other people have the same issue. https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Home-Security-System/Login-issue-verification-code-is-not-receive...

Seriously I need a resolution immediately, this is ridiculous. I have a new I phone that cannot login and I have a computer that cannot login. Verification codes are NEVER received.

Arlo confirmed that the problem is well known to them and the problem is on their end and this problem for theirs started at the beginning of this year. Today, a young lady via support tells me the problem is on my end (firewall, etc) even though she can email me from the same email address used by 2FA.

Arlo verified that my account is not locked and that all Arlo-related domains are whitelisted and that I'm not on the email suppression list.

Arlo support has been a nightmare! I cannot believe that they cannot offer a solution to me. They could change my email but they refuse.

Anyone, have any idea how to solve this without going through the reclaim process which forces me to lose all of my data?????

Thanks!

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
