device H11 geofencing does not work

Prior the ARLO update ( ie the new logo )  geofencing worked perfectly on my galaxy note 8, Then I bought a Fold 4, all good.  Since the new ARLO update-  1- geofencing does not work at all ( I live alone and NO ONE else shares my log in ) and 2 -on 60% of  times Arlo loading from  Getting status  will hang for a long period, I need to constantly close the App and try again some time 3 to 4 times.

I have had Arlo for many years, so I hope I get some positive help.  I have tried all remedies on your site  and they do not work, Its obvious  since the  update its  software  not my side- many thanks
