I can only see one Wi-Fi camera and not my base station that has my multiple cameras. How do I view my base station?

You're the owner who set up the system? Guests don't see the base.
What are the LED(s) on the base showing? What model base do you have (look on the bottom sticker for VMBxxxx)? Have you tried rebooting the router and base, in that order?

I see everything on my app but in 2 places.
VMB4000 base shows 5 cams. 2 arlo pro. and 3 essential spots.
The 4th essential is not connected under the base but on wifi.. not sure how to fix that but need to.
When added the subscription I only see the 1 wifi camera attached to the subscription not the base and all others cams.
If under another account can I remove them all and start over?

When you look at the main app screen:
- do you see menu options for "Dashboard" and "Feed"
- or do you see a menu option for "Library"?

Ok, so you have "Library".
I am confused by the comment above - not sure what the "but in 2 places" is about.
It looks like the base might be offline (which would of course result in any cameras connected to the base being off line). If you go into "settings", then "my devices", and select the base, are you seeing an offline status for it?
Have you tried simply power cycling the base?

I have determined that my base is under my wife's email and shared to me. I loaded a camera under my email and it is on wifi only under me. The base and all other cams are shared to me from my wife.
I signed up for the subscription and it is only on the one camera.
Can I swap the subscription to my wife's email?
