Is finger swipe scrolling back?

Today, I attempted to view videos on one of the cameras and was greeted with this screen as it opened up.

  . I tried doing what the screen showed me, but I didn't have any luck scrolling with my fingers..

  I don't know ...maybe it's not quite rolled out yet and this just happened to show up pre-release?

On the Camera discussion group, someone suggested that this may be something to do with CVR, not just viewing individual videos.
