Wife set up cameras ,but I purchased subscription

My set up our cameras on her phone and invited me. I then purchased the subscription but it is saying we don’t have a subscription. Does the person who set up the cameras have to buy the subscription or can my subscription not cover our cameras? If I go to settings then subscriptions it says 0-0 cameras participations and no plan under CVR

If your wife installed the cameras to her account, then the subscription also needs to be in her account.

 

You either can

  • cancel your subscription
  • get a new subscription in her account

or you can

  • remove the cameras from her account
  • reinstall them to yours
  • share the cameras with her account

Arlo won't refund the subscription, so the first approach will cost - especially if you got the annual one.

Normal, as CVR (Continuous Video Recording) is a separate subscription.  It's not available for all cameras, and it does require that the camera be connected to AC power (not battery or solar).
