Unable to authorise electronic payment

I have been trying for 6 months to resubscribe Annually and all I get is a unable to authorize electronic payment error. Can anyone help or tell me whats going on, I no longer have access to paypal.

I am getting the same error. Is there a number to call? You can’t do the chat unless you have a subscription. This is so annoying!! #arlosecure
