In desperate footage from almost a month ago for an investigation. I’m looking for any help to get the footage

Was the footage a manual recording or triggered recording?

 

Do you have cameras connected to a base/hub with a backup storage device implemented?

 

What camera model and Base model you have and if you’re using a subscription plan?
