Hello,
We’ve had an arlo wire free video doorbell for about 2 years. I just purchased an Arlo Secure subscription for the first time.
My account is saying that 0 out of 0 cameras are connected, and the app doesn’t seem to recognize the subscription.
Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the doorbell?

If you are using an iPhone, then try logging into my.arlo.com on a PC. That should let you add the camera(s) to the subscription plan.
