Arlo Pro 5S - No longer recording events?

Hi All,

 

My Arlo Pro 5S are no longer reliably capturing events. My Pro 4 cameras seem to be ok.

I can live view OK and rebooted them. Also tried adjusting the sensitivity settings, to no avail.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Seemed a transient issue, started working properly this afternoon thankfully.

Actually affects all cameras and only at a certain time of day. Wonder if some backend cloud issue?

Are you using a schedule for your cameras? Are you able to check to make sure your home network is still online when this occurs?

Hi @JamesC

 

The only schedule I have is to set the cameras to record at sunset (in case they were disabled via another routine during the day). The home network is stable as a rock (I am monitoring this separately).
