This same issue was reported last year Aug, and continuing happening to people through the beginning of this year.  Apparently resolved by the developers (who knew there were any?).

If it's happening again, maybe they've made the same error.  See here to see if anything in there is helpful:

Are you still experiencing this symptom?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
