No cancellation email received

After the email of cancelling my subscription I went ahead and upgraded to a superior system. However after I went through the atrocious 5 stage dark pattern process of unsubscribing, I never received a confirmation email (Yes I did press Finish after 5 times choosing to cancel). As I can’t remove my bank details either I wonder if this is standard or they have a bug with confirmations. The web page show my plans as cancelled but I see so many threads about cancellations not working I want to get proof…
