Subscription Re-signup Discount Failed

I canceled my subscription over a year ago.  I received a popup in the app offering a discount to sign back up. I clicked it and was going to sign back up.  In the process of checking out something went wrong and the page refreshed clearing out the discount.  I saw that the discount was a discount code about 15 characters long, but it was no longer there when the page refreshed.  I have opened the Arlo app in hopes that the same popup would show up but it hasn't. 

 

Is there a way to get this code sent to me so that I can use it?
