Arlo Pro2 - No Video in library on USB HDD

Hi, I am a happy Arlo pro 2 user, I have the VMB4540r2 base station with firmware 1.24.0.1_1528_8938370 and three Arlo pro2 cameras.

I have a problem, when the alarm is active and the system has detected an audio, a moving etc the system start recording on my usb hdd and i see that in the memory state the occupied space increases but in the library there are no videos.

Please can you help me.

Have you ejected the drive to check on a computer to ensure the videos are there? If so, I'd try power cycling the hub (unplug it) as well as rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. If a VPN is in use, try disabling that.

Thank so much for your reply, i have solved the problem.

I have reset system Hub, cam etc and now in the library there are the video.
