Do you need a subscription in order to see any recorded video? Recently I get alerts but don’t see any videos in the calendar. This is same day, I thought you could do this up to 30 days. Any help would be appreciated.

You do need a subscription for cloud storage. Normally a new camera will end up on a trial subscription for 30 days. If you aren't seeing recordings, I suggest checking the subscription status for the camera.
