Redeemed two Arlo Secure Codes

I bought two 1-year Arlo Secure codes off arlo.com in a bundle and redeemed them both in my account. However, I see my subscription as being active to only next year 3/11/2025. Both of my codes are reported as in use now. Did I do something wrong?
