- A suggestion to fix the Arlo Secure subscription page for Canadian addresses postal code issue.
- Support is apparently unaware of the issue since I spent an hour trying to find out what was wrong and they had no idea.
- All you need to do is put an example of the format you want under the entry box of three capital and numbers devided by a space and then three capitals and numbers. It would save all sorts of frustration for people wanting to subscribe. I was almost at the point of sending the hardware back since it would be useless if we can't subscribe.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have passed this information onto the correct team to see if there is a way to implement that.

Thanks Brooke, it's the easiest way to fix it, very simple html and or css. They could also add the two other acceptable formats for postal code, but that would require a bit more.
At minimum, it'd be simple courtesy to add the solution to the customer service lists.
