Video on app operation and features

We're a couple of old farts whose future SIL graciously installed our new Arlo cameras with solar panels.  Now I have to figure out the Arlo Secure app.  I was hoping that I could get a video explaining the app, its setup, operation, and features.

Is there such a video available?
