  • I have Arlo installed on a new iPad (iPadOS 16.6).
  • I get notifications of new recordings, but they do not show in the feed unless I close the app and restart it.
  • I have an annual Arlo Secure Plus plan and I record locally. There is enough space on the SD cards.
  • All firmwares are up to date.

Any tip for how to resolve this?

Update:

This seems to be an iPadOS related issue, because on an iPhone with IOS 16.6 the feed consistantly appears after a few seconds.

Secondly, when I set the notifications on the iPad to be persistant, and keep the Arlo app closed, I can click on the notification and see the feed.

If I leave the iPad Arlo app open, it can take 10-20 min before the feed appears.

I was not able to replicate this issue. Have you trie removing and re-installing the Arlo app?

Yes, I have reinstalled the app, and the delay is very consistent.

@ShayneS Do you not have any delays in the feeds in the iPad?
