Has anyone noticed that with the new app version while using the Home Secure system, the notifications are not seen unless you have the app open . Like if the system is armed home, you wont get any notification form any of your cameras at all. This makes no sense

I'm getting notifications on Android with the app just backgrounded. You're not logging out, are you?

Yes i am logged in. Thats why i am deeply concerned. This is not a cheap system. Yet falls short . I had some tech support helping but the problem still persists

Are you getting recordings? Check your app permissions to make sure notifications are allowed/enabled. If you're still experiencing an issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Yes i did all those. I had the tech support for an hour trying to figure out what was wrong. At the end he said that because i have another user for the system on my app thats why the notifications weren't sent, which makes no sense, once i removed the user then the notifications started flowing in.

but my family can't use the app then ??!!!
