I granted access to my wife and she accepted the invite in the body of the email. She clicked "create account" and she signed it with her own credentials from our laptop computer, but when she logins from the computer, it takes her to the add device page and she doesn’t see our devices listed. Also, My account shows that she has “accepted”.

 

We removed her and regranted her access but that didn't work. What are we doing wrong?   Again, all of this is being done through a laptop computer and NOT through a cellphone or cellphone app.

 

We are trying to add monitoring services, but if we first must get her access, and this roadblock limits what we would like to do with this system.
