I activated my subscription yesterday. I have two cameras from before. In my new subscribed plan there are no participating cameras. How can I manage my plan? I mean it is written “drag your cameras here to include it in to your plan” but I can't figure out how to do it? I use an iPhone, I don't have a PC, can it be an issue?

The old method of dragging cameras to be activated in a plan doesn't exist with the new plans. If you're buying single camera plans, choose an appropriate camera for each plan. Otherwise, the "full" plans are unlimited so every camera is automatically activated.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it.
“If you're buying single camera plans, choose an appropriate camera for each plan”- i can’t find how to do that. I have a basic plan with unlimited cameras (up to 4). Does it counts like single plan for each camera?
I wish I would knew about these inconsistencies before  I selected subscription I thought is the best for my needs.
It is very strange that I get the old method of dragging cameras which doesn't exist with the new plans.

What plan do you have and what country are you in (some plans aren't available in all regions)? The usual unlimited plans are unlimited, not stopping at 4 cameras.

Regardless, as long as you have 4 or fewer cameras, I would expect them to all currently be covered by your plan. That should show in the subscription part of your app (or web client). Are you using the interface that uses Feed to view recordings or the old interface that uses Library?  Also, are you on Android or iOS?
