Immediately following the Secure App update to 6.3.8, I’ve had a strange false problem occur on 3 different cameras now.
Get a message that a camera is not able to recharge its battery.
But the battery icon shows it's full.
And when I click / look at the camera device info, it shows it’s 100% fully charged.
Never had this problem before on any camera over the years. Now it's happened on 3 different cameras since the 6.3.8 app update.

I updated the accepted solution post #68.
There was a backend update that should resolve this. It's currently in a slow rollout phase at 5% and should be completed by end of next week. You should see an improvement by then.

Just FYI, I noticed 6.6.9 has just been released so I updated. However, there has been no improvement for me (iPhone & iPad alike).

@RTB-oz It was a backend change that you will not see or have to update to. As mentioned it's in a slow-rollout release and should be completed by end of next week. If you don't see an improvement by then, let me know.

Good news! This problem now looks to be fixed for me on both my iPhone and iPad via that backend change. I have had no instances of my cameras and base station going off line now for the last 3 days. Thanks for your help in getting this resolved. Let’s hope the fix is permanent and won’t revert in future app updates.

I’m very happy to say that I’ve had no further instances of my system going offline so I’m happy to close this topic now. Thanks for your help.
