Invalid Home Address

Hi,

im having issues with my home address on the app.  My home address when entered shows my neighbours property which is around 1/4mile away.  Not ideal for using the Geofening.

I’ve tried and tried all sorts of addresses combinations but with  no success .

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

are you referring to Routines >> automations >> Arrive/Leave ? If click one of the geofencing automations there, you can "Edit Geofence", then drag the map to change the address to wherever you want (and optionally set the geofencing radius), then SAVE.

Hi,

if I go into settings and check my home address it shows my neighbours house which is no where near my house.

I can enter different address combinations for my home but the home icon still remains at my neighbours house.
