I have less access after updating

I updated my app and now i get less access for me and my family. I want my old access back. I feel like this is a bait and switch. The reason I purchased Arlo was because I didn’t need a plan.

Can you explain more clearly what you lost and need to get back? I don't know what you mean by "less access". Is it a particular feature?
If you are sharing the cameras via "friend" accounts - all the accounts either need to show "Library" as an option, or they all need to show "Feed" and "Dashboard".
