Professional Monitoring while I am on vacation and unavailable.

I go on cruises from time to time.  Phones don't work very well on the ships.  Is there a way to notify the Arlo professional monitoring service that I will be unavailable during these times so they are aware in case they try calling me or my wife and do not get either of us?
