I’ve been trying to reach an Arlo representative for the past couple of months.  Totally unsuccessful!

We’ve paid in advance and yet we can’t get support.     I need a call back today!

You should be able to reach out to support via the app. However, I can assist you as well. Can you let me know what you are needing assistance with as well as dm me a good call back number as well as a good time to call and I will have support reach out to you. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
